A very warm welcome to mymidlifestory.com, my new website – the online platform I was searching for and couldn’t find when I was looking for uplifting and relatable inspiration for midlife women. So, I set about creating one and this is the result…

Here you’ll discover travel, beauty, lifestyle and wellbeing inspiration, in video format on my YouTube channel and in written format on my blog. You will also find my content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

Like many midlife women, I have also struggled in recent years with several challenging symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. I’ve battled with weight gain. I’ve been and still am concerned about dressing age appropriately (as in on-trend and not frumpy!). Plus I’ve become more and more aware of the impact of ageing on my skin.

Being one of life’s avid learners, I’ve devoured newspaper and magazine articles, websites, podcasts and YouTube videos about all of these areas. And whether you’re in your 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond, my ultimate aim is to share my findings and create content which is inspiring, relevant and attainable for real midlife women, like you, by sharing My Midlife Story.
